Use "do not disturb" on your phone.⁠⠀ 2. Do important work only. ⁠⠀ 3. Don't multitask. ⁠⠀ 4. Turn off notifications for unimportant apps.⁠⠀ 5. Start putting all of your tasks, calls, and meetings on your google calendar so you don't forget anything. ⁠⠀ 6. Become organized - gmail has incredible labeling and filtering capabilities, learn and use them. ⁠⠀ 7. Relieve stress. Work in blocks. Maintain your exercise, self care, personal time routines.
