Use "do not disturb" on your phone.⠀ 2. Do important work only. ⠀ 3. Don't multitask. ⠀ 4. Turn off notifications for unimportant apps.⠀ 5. Start putting all of your tasks, calls, and meetings on your google calendar so you don't forget anything. ⠀ 6. Become organized - gmail has incredible labeling and filtering capabilities, learn and use them. ⠀ 7. Relieve stress. Work in blocks. Maintain your exercise, self care, personal time routines.
